Our California-based estimators bring experience from both large Union shops and smaller family-run businesses. We have been on both the GC and Subcontractor side. We’re familiar with local building codes and industry standards, with expertise across Drywall, Metal Framing, Painting, Insulation, Fireproofing, Spray Foam, K-13, Concrete, Epoxy Flooring, Door, Frames and Hardware and Low Voltage.

What is your turnaround time for estimates?Most estimates are delivered within 2–4 business days, depending on the size and scope of the project. Larger or more complex jobs may require 3–6 business days. We always provide an estimated delivery timeframe before beginning any work. If you’re working with a tight deadline, let us know your bid date we’ll do our best to accommodate. Rush service is available for an additional expedite fee, which covers the overtime required to meet your requested timeline with a guaranteed delivery date.

We provide estimates as detailed guidelines that you can fine-tune using the Excel spreadsheet we deliver with every project. You’ll have full control to adjust costs for Supervision, Equipment, Profit, and more. You can also manually override any values to better suit your final pricing decisions. We use labor and material pricing sourced from the Craftsman National Construction Estimator Database, which is updated several times a year. In addition, our experienced team is composed of construction professionals with real field experience that makes intelligent adjustments based on project-specific conditions like productivity changes and equipment needs. For example, if you're framing a 30-foot-high wall, our estimate will factor in the use of lifts and slower labor productivity to reflect a more realistic labor cost.
